A Maramenos Pateras sapphire and diamond 18K leopard necklace. This piece was designed by Greek Designer Maramenos Pateras taking inspiration from a leopard in 18K gold adorned with diamonds and sapphires with ruby eyes. This necklace features a viking knit chain attached to the articulated joint of the body and tail of the leopard.
