Condition

- toning, foxing, and stains to paper; wrinkles, creases, and tears to page, with L-shaped tear at lower right margin, two vertical tears extending through upper third of page beginning at upper edge, and one tear beginning at lower left edge that extends halfway up the page, with image loss surrounding the end of the tear; scratches to frame; slight separation of frame corner joins.
