- largely intact vellum binding with scattered stains and spots, as well as faint iron gall work markings to front and back cover; faint tide mark of old damp stain to front and back cover and to first and last several pages; worming holes to top inner corners of most pages; ownership note on the initial flyleaf in gall ink “Di Antonio Orfetti” with purple ink stamp “Printed in Italy.”
