Six Walking Liberty Silver Half Dollars, 1940s. This lot contains a1942, 1944, 1944-S, 1945-D, 1945 and 1947 Walking Liberty silver half dollar. The coins each coin feature a Walking Liberty with foliate bundle in front of the sun to the obverse and perched raised wing eagle to the reverse. Designer: Adolph A. Weinman. Metal Content: 90% silver and 10% copper. Diameter: 30.6mm. Weight: 12.5 grams(each). Coins appear circulated.
