1965 Flamingo and 1966 Desert Inn Gaming Tokens. These Franklin Mint produced $1 gaming tokens are from the Flamingo and the Desert in in Las Vegas, Nevada. The Flamingo token features an image of the establishment to the obverse and a flamingo to the reverse while the Desert Inn features a cactus to the obverse and a cactus with sun and 18th Hole pin flag to the reverse. Metal Content: Cupronickel. Diameter: 35mm (each).
