- areas of dark adhesive residue, discoloration, and stiffness to pile located with the border patterns near one end of the rug, possibly from animal residue; dye bleed, uneven wearing down, color variation, and minor freckling of pile; snags, light fraying, and wear to selvedges; dye bleed, unevenness, and discoloration to fringe; minor distortion to form and variation in width and depth.
