The portrait features a beautiful young woman with a short blond hairstyle wearing a frilly dress with a rose in hand. The painting is done in pretty pastel tones. Signed in lower right hand corner by Mary C. Peterson, with date of 1961. The piece is housed in a gessoed gilt frame.
Condition
Some wear consistent with age and use. Some slight nicks and wear to the gesso frame. Some chips to gesso.
