Pair of 1974 Israel David Ben-Gurion Silver and Gold Proof Commemorative Coin Sets. This lot contains two sets of proof coins commemorating the first anniversary of the death of David Ben-Gurion. Each set contains two 93.5% silver 25-Lirot coins and one 90% gold 500-Lirot coin. The silver coins have a diameter or 37mm, weigh 26 grams and have a mintage of 64,193 while the gold Lirot has a diameter of 35mm, weighs 28 grams and has a mintage of 47,566. Both sets are encapsulated in plastic and housed in a vinyl covered case with gold toned metal menorah badge to the cover.
