1874 Fifth Issue 10-Cent Fractional Currency Note. Front of the note depicts a portrait of William M. Meredith, Treasury Secretary. Note features a red seal with long, thin key and is signed by Spinner and Allison. Note is heavily circulated and measures 3 1/4′ × 2 1/8’. Note is not laminated, but appears to be somehow affixed to the sleeve.
