Condition
- patina loss; residue soiling with scratches and marks on the blade; patina loss on the pommel, hilt, and guard; the leather-wrapped handle is worn with slight material loss; markings on the blade are faded and worn; etched “Arms of Castile and León” visible on the blade; sword fits securely but tight (can be difficult) to remove from its scabbard; dents and pitting to the metal components throughout; especially to the blade’ the scabbard’s leather material is dry with slight cracking.
