1773 Fifty Shillings Pennsylvania Colonial Currency Note. Lot includes a fifty shilling note issued in Pennsylvania on October 1st, 1773. Note has a handwritten serial number and handwritten signatures of James Stephens and Thomas Leech. The note was printed by Hall & Sellers, and the back depicts a farm field and ‘To Counterfeit is Death.’ Note is circulated and measures 2 3/8′ × 3 3/8’.
