- cockling throughout page; page has been revised and recycled multiple times, with prior text shaved from parchment and/or painted over, leaving shadows of previous lettering; patches throughout of newer parchment adhered to fill gaps where original illuminated lettering was cut from the page; some cracks and flaking to ink throughout; worn hole to page at left side center; warp to mat board; discoloration, foxing, and accretion throughout; edge wear to frame.
