An ancient Judean copper ’Widow’s Mite’ coin. Coin dates to 103-76 B.C. and was coined under Alexander Jannaeus. Famous in the Bible for most likely being the coin that was the ’Widow’s Mite’. Metal Content: bronze. Diameter: 15 mm. Approx. weight: 1.4 grams. Coin is lightly circulated.
