Using the same base fundamentals for each of their locations, they make everything in house, from scratch. That goes for breads, pastas, sauces, cocktail mixers, etc.! They even break down all fish and meats in house. CRG specializes in Rustic American Fare and Losanti is your classic Steakhouse with an italian influence, highlighting their Chef’s heritage. They differ from any other steakhouse because they breakdown their steaks daily and charge by the ounce. Crown Restaurants are taking Cincinnati over and we can’t wait to see what they have in store next!
