A Mississippi & Alabama land grant document signed by John Quincy Adams as President of the United States. President Adams served from 1825-1829. A gentleman from Charleston purchased land located in Cahaba, Alabama. The document is accompanied by certificates of authenticity from Authentic Autographs Unlimited, Drew V. Max and Autographs of California, San Francisco.
