Born in Wheeling, West Virginia, William Partridge advanced his formal artistic training at the Massachusetts School of Art and the Boston Museum of Fine Arts School. Throughout his career, he was a member of the Boston Art Club, the Business Men’s Art Club of Boston, and Gloucester Society of Artists. His work is represented in the collections of the Greenville County Museum of Art; The Dayton Art Institute; and Wellesley Public Library in Wellesley, Massachusetts.
