- surface and finish wear with nicks, scratches and abrasions consistent with age and use; wear, discoloration and snags throughout upholstery; loose threading along piping; uneven wear to seat and back cushions; settee has loose backing to the underside; gouges and abrasions along the apron of the settee; frames show wear with areas of finish loss; marks and discoloration; several chairs have small gouges along sides; abrasions throughout frame backs, sides and legs; casters show wear but move freely.
