An antique Swiss 18K gold and enamel hunting case pocket watch with diamonds. An elegant watch with a classic design that features an 18K yellow gold case finished with black enamel and scrollwork. The case has a star of David on the front with eight macle diamonds and a scrollwork design on the verso with six macle diamonds.
