- significant yellowing to varnish layer; signature painted over varnish layer, with drying cracks contemporary to varnish; craquelure throughout varnish; surface abrasions to piece; paper remnants to lower edge adhered in varnish; some loss to varnish where gridded guidelines lie underneath; toning to paperboard; accretion to mat and frame surfaces; scuffs and surface abrasions to mat; edge wear to frame; frame lacks glazing.
