Large format Series of 1899 $1 U.S. Silver Certificate, ‘Black Eagle Note.’ Note features a vignette of an eagle and two small portraits of Lincoln and Grant. Note features a blue seal and blue serial numbers, and was signed by Speelman and White. Note is circulated and measures 7 3/8′ × 3 1/8’. Reference F-236.
