Second Issue 10-Cent Fractional Currency note from 1863. Front of the note depicts Washington within a bronze-colored oval frame. Reverse displays surcharge ‘18-63’ and ‘S’ marks. Note measures 2 1/2′ × 1 3/4’. Note appears to be in uncirculated or nearly uncirculated condition. Reference F-1246.
