There is an Upper Deck SPx 1996 Premiere NFL Edition black foldout, it contains two sample cards, one of Dan Marino and one of Joe Montana, the cards are not signed. |

- the fold-out has bent corners wear to the edges, the cards are affixed to the inside of the fold-out; minor wear to the frames; the signed photo prints were not taken out of the frames for inspection.
