Condition

- glazing is absent from frame; toning and foxing to page and mat; light surface marks and scuffs throughout; pin-head size surface tear to upper right of the lower right Vue de Vegel; damage to mat edge on right side above center; accretion throughout; paint flaking from frame; edge wear to frame; tears and discoloration to verso backing.
