- overall with various scratches, marks, dents/bends, and abrasions consistent with age and use; black paint appears to be a secondary/overpainted layer and with scattered wear/losses revealing an underlying painted surface in some spots and bare metal in others; missing applied numbers/letters as is indicated by small mounting holes; some spots of light oxidation/rust; verso with a later reinforcement board in center.
