- overall with various scratches, marks, nicks/chips, and abrasions consistent with age and use; frame with scattered finish wear; ebonized liners with some cracks/repairs; one liner has a slightly larger chip/small loss (located to verso of one of the top panels); silk backing has some marks and tears; engravings are possibly associated/earlier and with even toning; one has shifted downward in frame slightly; leather liners with some discoloration as well as light surface cracks/losses; other possible imperfections and minor wear.
