In addition, there is a pocket schedule, no year is printed, signed by Dick Bray and Harry Craft on the front cover and Ival Goodman on the inside; Milders Inn, located on Route 127 in Hamilton, Ohio, was the advertiser on the schedule. |

- the signatures have not been authenticated; Ival Goodman’s signature is difficult to read as he signed his name in pencil over an area of verbiage.
