A Circa 1890 18K gold Patek Philippe pocket watch for Duhme & Co. Cincinnati, Ohio. An elegant antique pocket watch created for the Duhme & Co. Jewelers of Cincinnati, Ohio in the late 19th century. This elegant pocket watch captures the rich craftsmanship and style of Patek Philippe with an 18K yellow gold case that frames a white enamel dial. The dial has black radial Arabic numerals, gold-tone Louis the XIV hands, red outer five-minute markers and a running seconds subdial with red numerals and Louis the XIV hands.
