Two of the three are signed “Mardee” to the lower right
Each inscribed with sketch time to lower right
Piece signed “Mardee 48 Fontainebleau” is a possible collaboration finished by Hoff posthumously with artist McClelland Barclay (American, 1891 – 1943), indicated by inscriptions “McB” and “Minute-sketch” to lower right in Barclay’s handwriting. The other signed piece depicts the artist’s father, illustrator Guy Hoff (American, 1889 – 1962).

- toning to all three pages; edge wear with torn and folded corners.
