A collection of Pfaltzgraff Village pattern dinnerware pieces. Includes (4) dinner plates, (4) bread plates, (2) 10 oz. mugs, (9) coffee cups and (15) saucers. The serving pieces include oblong serving dish with embossed ‘a joyous heart makes the loaves taste better’ (528), oval dish (240), sauce boat with handle (6-434), covered sugar (6-22), (2) creamers (6-24), salt shaker (6-25), covered butter dish (6-28), casserole with handles (6-011), three oval shallow platters in different sizes (017, 6-16 and 6-007). Also, three decorative items to include a potpourri jar with pierced lid and two votive holders (906) includes one with a globe.
Condition
Some with issues. The finial to the sugar lid has chipped off and there is a chip to the lid edge, the medium size oval platter has a chip to the edge, one coffee cup has a chip to the rim, both mugs have crazing and staining to the interior, one bread plate has a hairline crack, one dinner plate has a chip to the underside rim, one dinner plate has a hairline crack and staining to the top. The other items are overall good with wear consistent with age, some with minor crazing and staining also consistent with usage.
Dimensions
The sizes to these items vary. The dinner plates are 10.25"W, the bread plates are 7"W, the oval platters are 1.75"H x 15.75"W x 11"D, 1.5"H x 14"W x 10"D and 1.25"H x 12"W x 8.5"D.
