A group of sixty-three JFK half dollar coins. Included are twenty-two 1967 silver-clad JFK half dollars and forty-one copper-nickel JFK half dollars ranging from 1971-1991. Designer: Gilroy Roberts and Frank Gasparro. For the silver-clad coins: Metal Content: Outer layer is 80% silver, 20% copper. Inner core is 20.9% silver, 79.1% copper. Diameter: 30.6 mm. Weight: approximately 11.50 grams each. For the copper-nickel coins: Metal content: 75% copper, 25% nickel. Diameter: 30.6 mm. Weight: approximately 11.34 grams each. The coins vary in condition.
