Note features two handwritten signatures and the stamped signatures of Lyons and Treat. Note features a blue seal and blue serial numbers, and depicts a portrait of Hugh McCulloch. Reference number F-651. Note measures 7 1/2′ × 3 1/8’ and is circulated.
