A vintage Swiss 18K gold and diamond convertible pocket watch. An elegant pocket watch that converts into a watch pin with a 18K yellow gold floral brooch that is accented with a diamond. The pocket watch has a 18k yellow gold case with a foliate design in relief, accented with Old European cut diamonds and the 18K yellow gold bezel frames a white enamel dial with blue Arabic numerals, gilded Louis XIV hands, and a seconds subdial. The watch is marked 14K but only the stem pin for the unmarked brooch tests 14K. The rest of the gold (floral watch brooch, watch itself) test as 18K yellow gold.
