- significant warping, cracking, and flaking to acrylic matting of Statue of Liberty scarf, pieces of which have fallen into the space of the artwork; visible cobweb-shaped markings across the interior of glass covering of Top Hats scarf; scratching, scuffing, and other markings to both frames.
