- board is bowed; accretion throughout; moderate discoloration to varnish over print surface; areas of loss to image with abrasions and scratches to print, notable marks to upper right quadrant, over the “I” in “Illinois”, and scattered to lower center; light wear to frame; torn paper and water damage to verso.
