Condition
- uneven coloring to gold tone finish after wear to original gilding was painted over with gold tone paint; cracks, chips, and minor areas of loss to composite molded leaf and berry ornamentation; ribbon ornament missing to lower left sight corner; splits to frame with flaking finish present to sides and interior of cove about halfway down; cracks to finish and slight separation to wood in corner joins; accretion throughout; other surface chips and edge wear revealing gesso layer.
