Issued by the Postal Commemorative Society, the collection features Denver and Philadelphia mint quarters from all of the fifty states, the District of Columbia, and U.S. territories. Designer: John Flanagan. Metal Content: 75% Copper, 25% Nickel over pure Copper center. Diameter: 24.3 mm. Weight: approximately 5.67 grams (each). Each State is presented in a protective sheet with information about the state along with stamps commemorating the state. Presented in two binders each of which are approximately 10″ × 12.5″ × 3″.
