A signed 1769 first edition copy of Elizabeth Raffald’s classic cook book, The Experienced English House-Keeper. Printed on laid paper, and bound in the original full leather hardcover binding. Two engraved illustrations of table setting layouts are laid in at the front. Signed in ink by the author to the ‘Chapter I’ page.
