Born in Cairo, Egypt, Hani Hara’s family was forced to leave the country in 1959 following the Suez Crisis. He lives in Bexley, Ohio where has become an established painter known for his colorful work in watercolors and acrylic. Hara’s artwork has been exhibited at the Columbus Jewish Center, the Lindsey Gallery, and the Sharon Weiss Gallery.
