| Additional Information | 1941 Alcatraz posted mail cover, attributed to famous prison escape attempt convict, Henri Young, whose escape attempt failed in 1939. The cover is hand-addressed in pencil to US Attorney General Francis Biddle, November 13, 1941. Young jumped bail later in life and was never recaptured. |
