Aside from being an artist, Chuck Barr was a flutist and saxophone player, who has been creating art since the 1960s. He is especially known for his multi-media sculptures made from found objects. Barr recently passed away in Pittsburgh on August 11, 2019, after a successful bypass heart surgery.
