Sandra Leukart was a painter who spent most of her life in Bexley, Ohio. She attended the Ohio State University, the University of Cincinnati, Capital University, and also studied at the Columbus College of Art and Design. During her time in Ohio, Leukart served as director of the Bexley Art League.
