A large format Series of 1899 $1 “Black Eagle” Silver Certificate. Certificate features the portraits of Lincoln and Grant on the front. Certificate features a blue seal and blue serial numbers of K93361828A. Certificate signed by Speelman and White. Certificate measures 7 3/8″ × 3 1/8’. Circulated.
