Jim Murrin is a native Ohio artist known for his oil paintings of street art, cityscapes, landscapes, and still life with a focus on geometric structure and color. Following a career in dentistry, Murrin pursued his artistic passion at Columbus College of Art and Design. His artwork has been exhibited at The Century Association in New York City, ArtConnect in Cuba, as well as many galleries across Ohio, including the Columbus Museum of Art, the Springfield Museum of Art, and the OSU Urban Art Space. In 2016 Jim Murrin was awarded The Community Arts Partnership Award by the Greater Columbus Arts Council.
