An early 1900s collectible high-backed Windsor style armchair manufactured by The Binghamton Chair Company (New York). An attractive handmade wooden chair with a fiddle-back splat flanked with a plethora of bulbous and ring turned rods that span from chair back to arm supports, mortised into a curved plank seat. The arm supports feature hand-carved out-turned arms. To bottom are more turned rods with a H-shaped stretcher. The chair legs to one side are separated from the plank seat and require some attention. Retains original ‘Binghamton Chair Company, NY’ sticker to bottom.
