A William Cullen Bryant signed letter with a photographic image. William Bryant was born on November 3, 1794, in Massachusetts, and died June 12, 1878. William Bryant was an influential American poet, literary journalist, and critic, serving as the main editor of the populist New York Evening Post newspaper. Known for his romantic work with liberal views, William Cullen Bryant influenced American society and culture during the early-to-mid 19th-Century. Bryant’s signature on this personal handwritten letter has received a ‘visual pass’ by a third party authenticator. The signature under his photographic image was not professionally authenticated. Simply presented in a wood frame underneath glass with informational typed data attached to the back.
