‘The Legend of Sleepy Hollow’ by Washington Irving with illustrations by Arthur Rackham. The book was the first US edition, published in 1928 by David McKay Company, Philadelphia with brown cloth covered boards and a pastedown illustration of the headless horseman. Dustcover is illustrated as well. This is a wonderful copy of this classic book with 8 colorplates, in very good condition.

, for age. Dust cover is torn but book is very good with minimal toning.
