A series of 1899 blue seal $1 silver certificate. Large currency note bearing the signatures of Speelman/White. Serial number V22645647A. Features Lincoln and Grant on obverse. Please see pictures for more details. The note is approximately 7 3/8′ × 3 1/16’. The note is circulated and worn with tears along the edges and creases.
