An antique Patek Philippe & Co. For C.S. Ball Syracuse N.Y. open face pocket watch. A circa 1889 pocket watch by Patek Philippe for C.S. Ball a prominent jeweler and silversmith in Syracuse N.Y., who was an agent for Patek Philippe & Co. from 1889 to 1890. The pocket watch has a gold-tone case that is not original to the movement and a white dial with black Roman numeral hour markers, gold-tone lacework hands and a seconds subdial at the six o’clock mark.
