Graydon Foulger is a contemporary American artist living and working in his home state of Utah. He creates impressionistic style oil paintings with impasto paint application and plein-air technique. His favored subjects include the local landscape as well as floral still-life. After studying painting and sculpture at Brigham Young University, Foulger spent time at the European Art Academy before founding Tivoli Art Gallery in Salt Lake City in 1968.
