- overall with various scratches, marks, nicks, and abrasions consistent with age and use; black paint appears to be later as there is an underlying layer of blue visible on the undersides of the frame; black paint with variable wear; scattered stains and residue from being outdoors; central support rail below seat with loose joints where it meets front and back seat rails thus frame has a minor wobble.
